First of all i would like to say that i am on food stamps or at lest i was on them. I was mailed my papers to be filled out and returned which i did. Also had a over the phone interview at which time i was informed by the person interviewing me that they did not receive all my paper work. They asked if they could send me another packet to mail off. I said yeah but i know i gave them all my papers. Mailed off the new packet and still no food stamps on the 4th when i should have recevied them. So i went down to the office downtown Sacramento at 28th street and filled out all the paper work that they said they did not receive and still no food stamps. I am very frustrated as i did my part to get my food stamps i am continuing to get the run around by county works. I just want to know what is going on with all this?. Since they had my paper work and did not prcess it now i come to find out my benifits have been terminated or discontinured. The federal goverment says that they must process your paper work with in 30 days. I don't want to go to court over all this drama i just want my food stamps. However if this is not fixed in 30 days i will be requesting a court date at which time the court can order changes in the agency's operations, including maximum caseloads and detailed case processing timetables. I am very disappointed in the treatment i received and feel this should be taken care of immediatly. Sincerely, Nicole Magincalda
